Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take in Romania?
2–5 days in total: we prepare your order in 1–3 days, depending on stock and how many orders we have, then the courier brings it in 1–2 days, anywhere in Romania.
How much is shipping in Romania?
Courier shipping costs 19 lei and is free on orders over 200 lei. You can also pick up your order for free from our shop at Str. Faurului nr. 10 in Sibiu.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes. We ship with DPD to 23 European Union countries, usually in 3–7 days depending on the destination. The cost is calculated in the cart, by country.
For example, shipping costs 49 lei to Germany and 69 lei to Spain.
Can I send the gift straight to the recipient?
Yes, we do it often. At checkout, tick “It's a gift” and enter the recipient's address. We don't put the price or the invoice in the parcel. If you add a greeting card to your cart, we handwrite your message on it.
How can I pay?
Online, by card, right on the site at checkout. Payments go through Netopia. We don't offer cash on delivery.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return a product, without telling us why. You only pay the return shipping, and you get your money back within 14 days.
Products and personalisation
Are the products hand-painted?
Yes. Alexandra and Cristina paint the mugs, cups, tea sets and ornaments by hand, one by one, in our workshop in Sibiu. That's why each piece may differ slightly from the photo.
Can you paint a name on the gift?
Yes, on products marked “Personalizable”. Type the name on the product page (one or two words, up to 15 characters) and we paint it by hand. Personalisation costs 10 lei extra.
Do you make custom drawings?
Not for a single piece: we don't paint new designs, but we personalise our existing designs with a name or a message. We create new designs only for large batches, usually for companies or special events.
How do I care for a painted mug?
The design holds up to washing. The mugs can go in the dishwasher at 30 °C or on the ECO programme. To keep the designs lovely for years, wash the mug by hand, in lukewarm water and without an abrasive sponge. We don’t recommend using the mug in the microwave.
Do the products come wrapped?
Yes. Every item comes in a gift box or its own packaging, ready to give, at no extra cost.
For companies and partners
Do you make corporate gifts?
Yes. We paint batches from a few pieces to a few hundred, for Christmas, 8 March or events, and we can add your company logo to the boxes. For large orders, write to us a month ahead.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. At checkout, tick “I want a company invoice” and fill in the company name and tax ID (CUI).
Do you sell to other shops?
Our products are available in Humanitas bookshops in several cities and at a few selected partners. If you have a shop and would like to work with us, write to contact@lullula.ro.

Who makes Lullula products?
Lullula is a family workshop in Sibiu, run by two sisters, Alexandra and Cristina, who have been drawing and painting since 2016.
Where is the shop?
At Str. Faurului nr. 10 in Sibiu, next to the workshop. Opening hours are flexible: if you see the workshop door open, come on in.
