We pack every order with care, as if it were a gift. Each piece comes in a gift box or its own packaging, ready to give.
Shipping within Romania
You can get our products delivered to your door in 2-5 business days, depending on where you are and on stock. Some pieces are painted especially for you, so they may need a few extra days; if that’s the case, we’ll let you know.
Parcels go out with the couriers we work with: Fan Courier, DPD and Sameday.
- Shipping costs 19 lei for orders under 200 lei, regardless of weight.
- For orders over 200 lei, shipping is free.
Pickup from our workshop in Sibiu
If you’re in Sibiu or passing through, you can pick up your order free of charge from our workshop at Str. Faurului nr 10. Choose workshop pickup at checkout (or leave us a note) and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.
Shipping within Europe
For years now we’ve been sending orders to many European countries with DPD. Delivery takes between 3 and 7 days, depending on the destination.
The shipping cost depends on the country, and you’ll see it in your cart before you pay. For some hard-to-reach areas the price may differ; in that case, we’ll contact you before sending the parcel.

Payment
Payment is made online, by card, securely through NETOPIA Payments. We don’t offer cash on delivery.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order is ready and handed over to the courier, you’ll get an email with the tracking number (AWB) and a link where you can see where your parcel is.
Large orders and corporate gifts
We’ve prepared orders of several hundred pieces for companies and institutions. Large orders need a little more preparation time and get special quantity-based prices. Write to us at contact@lullula.ro and we’ll send you a quote.
Gifts and invoices
If you’re sending your order as a gift, we’ll handwrite your message on a greeting card. We never put the invoice or any prices in the parcel.
