By using the website, whether you’re just browsing or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one shown on this page at the moment you place your order.

Prices are shown in lei and include VAT. Shipping is added separately, and you’ll see it in your cart before you pay. By clicking the “Place order” button you place a binding order; we’ll confirm your order by email.

Many pieces are hand-painted, one by one, so there may be small differences in color or design compared to the photos. That’s what makes each piece unique.

Payment is made online, by card, through NETOPIA Payments. Card details are entered directly on the payment processor’s secure page; we never see them and we don’t store them. We don’t offer cash on delivery.

Within Romania, orders usually arrive in 2-5 business days, depending on where you are and on stock, via Fan Courier, DPD or Sameday. Shipping costs 19 lei for orders under 200 lei and is free for orders over 200 lei.

We also ship to many European countries with DPD, in 3-7 days, depending on the destination. The cost is calculated in your cart, based on the country.

You can pick up your order free of charge from our workshop in Sibiu. Large orders need more preparation time. All the details are on our Shipping page.

Under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel, without giving us a reason. Products must be returned in the condition you received them, in their original packaging, with all accessories. You cover the cost of return shipping. You’ll get your money back within 14 days at most from the date you notified us, once we’ve received the products.

Products personalized on request (for example, those with a hand-painted name) are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned, in accordance with Art. 16(c) of OUG 34/2014. This does not affect your rights if a product is damaged or not as described.

If a product arrives broken or isn’t the one you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of receiving it, with a few photos of the parcel and the product. We’ll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.

You may not copy or redistribute the website’s content, try to disrupt how it works, modify it, harass other users, send unsolicited advertising messages, or use automated systems that overload it or slow it down.

The website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time, without prior notice.

Lullula is a registered trademark. The designs, photos and texts on the website are protected by copyright and belong to Lullula SRL. You may use them only for personal, informational purposes. Any other use requires our written consent.

You can find out how we use your data and which cookies we use in our Privacy Policy. Cookies that are not strictly necessary are used only with your consent, which you can change anytime from “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We always try to settle any disagreement amicably first, so please write to us. If we can’t, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.

As a consumer, you can also turn to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or the alternative dispute resolution procedure (ADR).
